THE POLICY OF QUALITY AND THE AIMS OF SIGMA SLOVAKIA

THE AIM

The aim of Sigma Slovakia, spol. s r. o. is to secure long-run, successful and complex development in the field of pumping technology. We fully realize that we can reach this goal only by complete satisfying of the needs, requests and wishes of our customers. At the same time, we realize that our employees form the basic building block of development of the company and therefore we constantly motivate them to fulfill this aim and we will effectively use their qualification and skills to achieve continuous improvement of all our activities.

THE POLICY OF QUALITY

  • In relation to customers to present high quality of work and ability to fulfill customers' requests in the field of pumping technology.
  • At the negotiations with customers to prefer politeness, reliability and correctness and together with high proficiency and soundness to constantly take care of satisfaction of our customers as the basic condition for our long-term success.
  • To provide our customers with high-quality services by maintaining of high level of organization of work within all organizational units of the company; by constant improvement of level of performed activities; by exercising equal principles of proficiency, reliability, correctness and politeness applied toward customers as well as in relationships within the company where particular organizational units and their employees become suppliers and customers to each other.
  • To motivate employees of the company to increase and maintain high quality of work and to prefer preventive solutions to prevent shortcomings and discrepancies. To provide them with necessary resources to achieve this aim and also necessary knowledge by continuous training.
  • To ensure durable improvement of the quality management system.

STRATEGIC GOALS

  • To provide customers with complex services connected with the supplies of the SIGMA pumping devices
  • To extend provision of the complex supplies of the pumping devices including engineering in the form of turn-key solutions.
  • To become one of the most important partners of industrial and energetics companies for the supplies of the pumping devices.
  • To ensure development of the quality management with the emphasis on the growth of employees' professional quality and customers' high satisfaction.

THE GOALS OF QUALITY

The company has set obligations for the management and the employees to fulfill the strategic goals for the period of the years 2012-2013. The most important are:
  • continuous increase of customers' satisfaction with the emphasis on delivery time and completeness
  • achievement of profit and improvement of the financial stability of the company
  • to improve employees' professional quality by regular trainings
